What is your return policy?
We strive to ensure you love every item you receive. However, if you need to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Note that custom-made and special order items are non-returnable.

We aim to satisfy our customers with our design choices. However, if none of the options meet your expectations, we offer one round of revisions to better align with your preferences. Further revisions can be made for an additional fee.

Payment for the design fee is required upfront to initiate the design process. Once you have selected your preferred package, payment for the merchandise will be processed before we order and ship the items to you.
Are there any additional costs for shipping?
Shipping costs are included in the price of the merchandise. We aim to keep the process transparent and hassle-free, with no hidden fees.
What should I do if my items arrive damaged?
If any items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacing the damaged item or providing a refund. Please report damages within 48 hours of delivery.
How do the items arrive?
Your items will be shipped directly to your doorstep. We ensure that every item is securely packaged for safe transit. Detailed instructions on where to place each item will be included, making the setup process seamless.
How can I share my before and after pictures?
We love seeing your transformations! You can share your before and after pictures with us via email. As an incentive for sharing, we offer a $20 discount on your next order.
How long does the design process take?
The initial design process typically takes 1-2 weeks, depending on the complexity of your project. Once you have approved the design, ordering and shipping times will vary based on the items selected.
